Experimental tasting at which four edible installations were presented. Each one of them was created using traditional seasonal ingredients characteristic for Polish
cuisine. The event was related to the “ Fachowczynie” exhibition, which raised a subject of women and their role in Polish design. The experimental tasting further
explored this problem, linking it with broader issues, such as a conventional perception of femininity and traditional women’s role in preparing food for their families in Poland. It also asked the question whether food can be a tool of communication.
