born in 1996, Poland. I have graduated from Social Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven (NL, 2022) and the Faculty of Design, majoring in Product and Visual communication design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (PL, 2019).
I am working at the intersection of design (product, graphics and space design), art and social action, centering creation processes, understood as material research, as well as engagement with everyday objects and practices. Due to my background, in my work, I often combine manufacturing techniques and craftsmanship. I investigate spaces in between – unexplained, ambiguous phenomena to create or recreate relationships and transmit experiences.
In addition to my usual professional activities, I am involved in organizing and curating (Special Lecture Series – Russian’s invasion of Ukraine as a party of DAE Lecture Series; Forest Zoom – music and art festival in the Knyszyn Forest; exhibitions: “Fachowczynie“; Śródmieście Cultural Center in Warsaw and “Pa śmieciu!”, Centre for Culture in Lublin), moderating (International Congress of Arts Cooperatives, Współtworzenie and Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw), writing (Magazyn Formy) and reading (Uziemienie – performative listening performances).
I have participated in exhibitions on design and art and have been recognized and awarded prizes at national and international competitions.
I have gained professional experience in recognized Polish design studios (Beza Projekt, Studio Szpunar). My work is socially oriented on several levels – firstly, being user-oriented in design pieces, and acknowledging (and often engaging) spectators in other works – as well as in its methods – for individual commissions, I often invite expert partners and am working in collectives – design cooperative TakŁadnie and the informal art-design duo LABA.
